The
Kaffir Lime is a tropical fruit native to Thailand. The fruit
itself is about the size of an average lime, but has a bumpy
skin. While the strongly-flavored zest from the lime is used in
many Southeast Asian dishes, especially curries, the most popular part
of the Kaffir Lime tree is its leaves.
